It's getting to that super stressful part in the semester where there's a test/AP exam/SAT test/final exam around every corner. Everyone's shoulders are full of tension and sleep is hard to come by. For me, during this time, it's hard to find time to just sit back and relax, even if it's just for 30 minutes or so.

Relaxing and taking breaks is super important, if not vital, to doing well on tests just so much as studying is! I generally tend to let that slip away from my thoughts... With all this being said, I put together a few of my favorite ways to take a break.

Paint your nails! It doesn't take too long and there's something about the process that is just so nice and calming. Plus, you'll have a cute look for exam week! (Also, grab a coffee! I always need caffeine during these times...)

A pretty bathroom in seafoam green and whites. Per

Take a bath! I love using the Lush bath bombs; they're great and smell delicious! (Or: add tea bags to your bath; it supposedly is very relaxing.)

"This is my practice...right here! To experience myself and the world around me in the purest form of existence. To let go of any false interpretations of other's being responsible for my experience, to engage in the highest form of compassion while allowing the LIGHT to pour through me - the infinite part of me revealed...pure light, pure energy, seeking to inspire....."

Do some yoga! You don't have to do anything crazy; just a few stretches would help. I also find that after a super stressful day, stretching my arms and legs before bed really helps me get to sleep quickly.

Mason Pearson Brush - expensive but worth it for beautiful hair. Hairbrush of the celebs!!!

Brush your hair! This may be the quickest one on the list, but it's definitely effective. (I also find that washing my hands is a quick way to get energized.)

Hope these help!
